However, purchases CAN BE returned if the product packaging is unopened and returned within 30 days of receipt. We will issue a full refund for the product price to your original method of payment. For returns, please email hello@yudoyu.com with your order number and the item(s) which you are looking to return. Our customer service team will email you a form to include in your shipment. The refund will be processed back to the original form of payment, and we are not able to make any exceptions. Returns will be shipped to the warehouse of the hosted brand.
