Ali Perry-Hatch, MPH
Meet Ali, a beach wanderer, herbalist, and toxicologist who created Earth Harbor from her treehouse kitchen.
Growing up on beautiful St. Simons Island, Georgia, Ali developed a deep love for nature, the ocean, and island life. As a child, she made natural beauty concoctions, from marsh mud masks to sea salt sprays.
As a humanitarian engineer specializing in global environmental health and toxicology, Ali traveled the world researching the toxins we are exposed to daily and their negative effects on our health. She has dedicated her life to making an impact with this knowledge.
While in grad school, Ali and her husband chose to live in an off-the-grid treehouse, living a mindful lifestyle. During this time, she was in a near-fatal car accident and also found out she was pregnant. These experiences made her realize the importance of clean living and led her to create Earth Harbor Naturals.
Ali’s biggest struggle in living a natural lifestyle was finding premium natural beauty products that could adapt to her ever-changing skin and meet her strict standards. That’s when she started making her own products right from her tiny treehouse kitchen, and Earth Harbor Naturals was born.
“EARTH HARBOR was born to create the highest-quality, ocean-friendly, self-care products that are non-toxic, synthetic-free, plant-based, ethical, sustainable, versatile, and scientific,” says Ali.
As a certified health scientist and herbalist, Ali has developed holistic photo technology to create customizable formulas that replace toxic synthetic ingredients with safe botanical alternatives. Each product focuses on organic, high-performing, food-grade, and upcycled ingredients, thoroughly researched to ensure they are natural, safe, and effective.
